Once you've booked your appointment it all goes a little like this..
IN THE BEGINNING
The experience starts when you book an appointment by either using our online booking available 24/7 (CLICK HERE) or by calling the salon on 0413 851 191!
When you book online you will be prompted to choose your stylist and the service tour looking to schedule. A full list of our services is available on our services page which is right HERE, or to learn more about our team you can go to our meet the team page HERE!
ARRIVING TO THE SALON
We are located at 94 Auburn Street, Goulburn! Just two doors from Home 98 Thai restaurant.
There is extra client parking located out the back you'll see just to the left of our salon!
For your first appointment we recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early, so youre able to find us then to fill out our new client intake form & so you have plenty of time to enjoy our cozy waiting area and settle into your new salon home!
You'll always be greeted with a warm smile & a friendly Hello! Enjoy a magazine or ask any of the friendly stylists for a refreshment to help you relax!
THE CONSULTATION
Our first priority after we meet is making sure we understand everything there is to know about your hair. From your hair dreams to your hair nightmares, your entire colour history, your daily routine & your current hair struggles. We'll look at some inspiration photos and talk about your priorities and goals!
Once we have a clear understanding of your desires, your stylist will develop a unique plan tailored to your specific needs. We'll go over the game plan in full detail, create a maintenance schedule, and answer any and every question you have to make sure you're fully confident and ready before moving forward
CREATING THE MAGIC!
After the consultation, your stylist will get to work on the goal! Every single step of the way we use top of the line hair colour and products to ensure the healthiest, longest results possible. We will work efficiently to respect your time, but we will never sacrifice the quality of our work by rushing on your hair. Throughout the service we will chat more in depth about how to maintain the longevity of your colour, the health of your hair & how to styles at home!
Bring a book, TV show or work laptop with you to keep you busy. Your stylist will always make sure you're comfortable with a warm cup of coffee, ice cold glass of water or a glass of champaign in hand. It's our belief that your time in our salon is YOURS to spend how you please, so you never have to worry about how to spend your time during your appointment.
