Hi, I’m Emilie (yep—the other Em at the salon!)
I’ve officially hit the dirty 30 and proudly hold the title of Sage Hair & Beauty’s longest-standing team member. I’ve seen it all, styled it all, and somehow I’m still here—even while juggling home renos, painting walls, and writing this bio with a paintbrush in one hand!
I’m a total Disney lover (The Little Mermaid is my absolute fave), and I bring that bit of magic into everything I do. I love summer, the beach, a good cocktail, and I got married in beautiful Fiji—but next on my dream destination list is the Bahamas!
In the salon, I’m all about creating clean, bright blondes and bold, vibrant colours that make you feel brand new. Outside of work, I’m wrangling a busy bunch of kids and step-kids, getting lost in real-life crime audiobooks, and staying sane with a Cosmo or two!

I’m a hairstylist fueled by wanderlust—my travels have taken me from the vibrant streets of New York and Paris to the cultural corners of China, Milan, and beyond. I dream of visiting every country and island, and I bring that adventurous spirit into every appointment.
I’m your favorite all-rounder, constantly perfecting my skills because there’s always something new to learn. Whether I’m perfecting blondes or experimenting with fresh techniques, each transformation is a celebration of your unique style. I love creating a relaxed, upbeat vibe in the salon where great conversation flows—sometimes I even forget my words, and that just means you can kick back and be your true self.
Whether we’re swapping travel tales, chatting about your favorite book, or bonding over tacos and juice, I’m here to make your experience fun and memorable.

Hi, I’m Monique—but please, call me Mon!
I’m a fiction-loving, dog-obsessed hair stylist, and recently added “mum” to my list of titles—and wow, what a ride! Mum life is beautiful, wild, and honestly, not always sunshine and cuddles. It’s messy, challenging, and full of lessons, but I wouldn’t trade it for the world. It’s taught me even more about patience, love, and the importance of taking a moment for you.
In the salon, I’m a total perfectionist—especially when it comes to dreamy blondes and rich coppers. I love helping people feel like the best version of themselves, and I’m all about creating a relaxed, down-to-earth vibe where you can just be you.
Outside of work, you’ll find me juggling a baby, two labs, and a book I probably started three weeks ago (mum life, right?). I’m always dreaming about my bucket-list trip to Africa, live for spring days, and can never say no to Mexican food.

Hi, I’m Elliott!
I’m the apprentice here at the salon—and while I might be at the start of my hairdressing journey, I’m all in and loving every minute of learning the ropes.
Outside the salon, you won’t catch me with a book (I’ll be honest—I hate reading!), but I’m all about action, sci-fi, and animated movies—Fantastic Mr. Fox is my all-time favourite. When I’m not watching films, I’m probably out camping in the bush, hitting the 4WD tracks, or soaking up the Aussie outdoors. I’ve got no plans to leave Australia—there’s too much to love right here, especially in autumn, my favourite time of year.
Pepperoni pizza and Pepsi are my go-tos, and I’ve got a serious soft spot for kangaroos. I’m also the youngest of six in a big, blended family—so I’m used to a bit of noise, laughs, and getting things done with a team!
Oh—and it’s been said (more than once) that I give the best shampoos in all of Goulburn… maybe even in Australia.
I’m excited to keep growing, learning, and turning hair into something awesome. Can’t wait to meet you in the salon!

I’m a hairstylist who lives for makeovers—whether you’re going short to long, long to short, blonde to dark, or just ready to shake things up, I love creating transformations that make you feel brand new. There’s nothing better than seeing someone light up with confidence after a fresh look!
Outside the salon, I’m a busy mum to two amazing kids, Harry and Matilda, and life is full of sweet chaos (emphasis on sweet—I’ve got a major sweet tooth and never say no dessert). Cozy nights, country music, a classic Disney movie, and a fluffy blanket? That’s my kind of heaven.
I’m also a huge animal lover and basically run a little zoo at home—2 dogs, 2 budgies, 2 guinea pigs, and yes… even a pet yabby!
Whether you’re after a dramatic change or a subtle refresh, I’m here to make your hair goals happen while giving you a warm, welcoming space to just relax and feel taken care of.
